Location, Fancy décor, Cleanliness, Helpful staff

We loved the location and the fancy décor of this hotel. The furnitures in our Big room were impressive and clean. The hotel staff were welcoming and helped us with transportation.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Spent a weekend in a lovely 3-star hotel that has an amazing and fancy Renaissance style decoration. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with very comfortable beds. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the city attractions. the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure that all of our needs were met. We enjoyed the delicious Vietnamese cuisine, and the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was great for staying connected with our family and friends.

The breakfast was not up to our expectations. The food did not have much variety, and it was not very tasty.

The hotel has a unique and fancy style, reminding you of old French Renaissance. the location is good and easily accessible. the big rooms are furnished fancy but lack cleanliness. the staff's attitude towards customers is quite average. the breakfast is of poor standard and the hot water takes too long to run.

Spent Christmas in a hotel full of character and visually stunning decor. Room was spacious and bed incredibly comfortable. Location was fantastic with easy access to public transportation.

Service in the breakfast area was too slow. Food options were not very enticing and not the greatest quality. Also, the staff could have been more attentive to guests' needs during meals.
